Fair by design

Client reporting only works if it is fair to everyone. These safeguards are built into the product, not bolted on.

Evidence first

Reports with no evidence are never auto-published. They wait for a moderator.

A named person can submit their side, which is shown on the report once reviewed.

Anyone can dispute a report without an account. We respond within 7 days.

Search shows abbreviated names and masked phone numbers. Full detail is behind login.

Every report requires the tradie to confirm it is truthful, and that is stored.

Every publish, dispute, and takedown is logged.
